We always want you to be completely satisfied with your Solitude item. So, if you want to return or exchange an article you can do this within 14 days after payment, at own expense. The return of an article is only possible when the article:
-is in undamaged state
-is not worn and/or used
How to request a return?
Please send us a message through the form below, informing us about your reason of return or exchange. Do not forget to add the following information:
- Your order number
- Your name
Repack the goods in the original shipping box or any other solid carton box. Close the box and tape it securely.

Once your item is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and we will refund you the price of the item within a few days.
Note: Solitude the Label can not be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. To secure the arrival of your return, we advise using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.
Exchange Custom made orders
All custom made sales are final, unfortunately no exchanges or refunds are possible. Nevertheless, we always want you to be completely satisfied with your Solitude item so we can always discuss and adjust minor changes like ring size or necklace length.
